Email us at hello@alistcreative.la with a short description of what you were doing and what went wrong. If it concerns a specific project, video or share link, include its name or link so we can look it up straight away.
We reply within 1 to 2 business days, usually sooner.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, your projects and uploads, and every other piece of data tied to your account. This cannot be undone.
In the iOS app
Open the Profile tab and choose Delete Account.
On the web
Sign in, open your hub settings and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will take care of it for you.
